Offical Vendors for the NECA Show
Several exhibitors told us they've already received solicitation emails and phone calls about hotel needs for
Nashville. Please know their are scammers out there. However, you can trust our Official Vendors. They are using the NECA Official Vendor logo in their communications.
Current exhibitors received an email from our Official Registration and Housing supplier, CMR (Convention Management Resources). You can submit your hotel needs through their Online Request Form.
Please submit your form by June 18th to be assigned a block prior to the July 14th Housing Opening.
If you are being contacted by multiple vendors wanting to book your hotel rooms, or provide AV services, etc...and you don't know who to believe, give us a call.
NECA has had long-term relationships with our Official Vendors. They have been carefully vetted to be sure they deliver what they promise. USE THESE OFFICIAL VENDORS to ensure the best customer service and pricing.
You will be able to order for all NECA suppliers when you receive your Official Exhibitor Service Manual early July.
