Show Management Forms Freeman Forms Exhibitor Success Kit Electrical Contractor Magazine Opportunities

Welcome Exhibitors:
From: Julie Duda, Exposition Sales Manager

Thank you again for participating in the NECA 2017 Seattle show. This Exhibitor Service Manual
furnishes all forms and information needed to prepare for a successful show. The checklist includes
deadlines for advance pricing.

Our official show contractor is The Freeman Company. Standard booth consists of: 8’ back wall; 36”
division side rails using metal uprights and stanchions, covered with gray and white colored draperies. Aisle
carpet is gray. (Furnishings, electrical, carpet are not included, but can be ordered separately).
Booth Carpet (or floor covering) although not included, is mandatory. Exhibitors can either rent carpet from
the Freeman Company or bring their own floor coverings (which do not have to be carpet).

All booth set-ups must conform to the guidelines referenced in the “IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules &
Regulations Update”. Order forms should be completed and returned according to the “Deadline Checklist”;
failure to do so could mean additional costs.

We have worked hard to make your set-up and dismantle as streamline as possible. If you are not personally
ordering the services or setting up the booth, give a copy of this manual to the person(s) doing the work,
preparing any shipments, and other show related details.

All exhibiting companies are required to have Commercial General Liability Insurance. Those needing coverage
just for the Seattle show can purchase using the Buttine Exhibition Insurance enclosed form. If using an
independent Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), an individual Certificate of Insurance (COI) is also needed for
that company. Read all Insurance rules carefully.

Be sure to download the Exhibitor Success Kit. You will find it under the “Marketing & Sponsorship” tab at
www.necashow.org. It will help you maximize all the benefits and opportunities available at the NECA Show.
As a NECA Exhibitor, your booth cost also includes:
• Free exhibition lunch tickets for booth personnel
• Free attendance at General Sessions, Education Sessions and Technical Workshops
• Free pass invitations to the NECA Show Exhibit Hall for your clients
• (3) Badges per 100 sq. ft. exhibit space for Booth personnel
• Free listing on the NECA Show website at www.necaconvention.org

Finally, read this manual with care. All NECA Show exhibitor fees and invoices must be paid in full prior to the
show without jeopardizing booth set-up privileges. Make your hotel reservations EARLY!
Save time and money by returning the appropriate forms by the stated deadlines.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me at 770-632-0044 or julduda@necanet.org, or call the
appropriate service contractor listed in this manual. See you in Seattle!
