    High Voltage, Inc. (HVI) is an upstate-New York based manufacturer of high voltage test equipment.  Our PTS family of dc hipots is well known and highly respected in the test equipment market.  The PTS-15 is the new smallest member, rated at 15 kV dc, it can measure the leakage across, or the resistance of an insulator.  With a continuously variable 0 to 15,000 v output it can display leakage up to 10 mA and resistance up to 1.5 teraohms.
