The new powerful CurrentGuard® CGP3 surge protective device shields sensitive equipment against utility power anomalies and lightning-induced transient power surges. CGP3’s thermally protected MOVs eliminate overvoltage and multiple enclosure options are available to fit your application requirements and safely perform under extreme condition environments. What’s more, CGP3 is built with multiple advanced monitoring features to give you an extra level of confidence. Tri-color LED lights change color to indicate the percentage of protection remaining over the operational life span of the SPD (green = 100%, yellow =<70, red =<40% remaining life), allowing predictive maintenance. The digital display reports the number of power surges diverted. An audible alarm with silence button informs the SPD’s health condition. And, dry relay contacts report SPD status remotely. CGP3 safeguard customers’ capital investments by helping prevent unplanned downtime, costly maintenance, or equipment damage.
