  • WAGO’s new 2773 Series WALL-NUTS® PUSH WIRE® splicing connectors provide a versatile, space-saving and reliable conductor termination for solid and stranded conductors. They enable fast connection of conductors without the need for any tools and without any preparation of the conductors. Choose from six different variants: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8-wire connectors.

With WAGO‘s 2773 Series Connectors, safely connect solid conductors with cross sections in the range from 20-12 AWG and stranded conductors with cross sections ranging from 16-12 AWG  (≤ 19 strands). Through the visual inspection window, installers can see whether the conductors have been correctly stripped and connected. These connectors are approved for voltages up to 600 V and 20 A, making them the ideal solution for building and electrical installations. The flat, space-saving design of the connector enables it to be readily used even in the tightest applications.

The PUSH WIRE® connection technology along with some of the lowest insertion forces in every 2773 Series connector enables for fast and easy push-in of conductors. High pull out forces also give installers peace of mind that wires will not slip out of the connector.

  • WAGO new electrical interconnection technology line of tools adds more functionality to industry-proven cable strippers, crimpers and testers. The new tools provide major cost and time savings for building installation and control cabinet applications.

WAGO’s new line of tools includes five new stripping tools, two crimping tools and two new voltage testers. The new line includes:

    • The Quickstrip Vario Wire Stripper: designed to allow conductors from 0.03–16 mm² to be stripped using a single tool
    • Variocrimp 4 and Variocrimp 16 Crimping Tools: allows ferrules to be crimped on all four sides and conductors to be quickly connected and disconnected.
    • Two new voltage testers: one with an LED display and the other with an LCD.

The new tools provide major cost and time savings due to work being performed faster while errors are minimized. These new tools are available now.

  • WAGO’s new TOPJOB® S Mini terminal block series has all of the advantages of our TOPJOB® S line, but with an even smaller footprint.  At a size 60% smaller than our standard terminal blocks, the Mini features the same industry-proven, Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology used throughout our TOPJOB® S series.

These blocks are available with open tool slot or the easy-to-identify orange push buttons that can be easily actuated with any standard tool. The TOPJOB® S Mini terminal blocks are able to be mounted in various ways: miniature rail, snap-in mounting foot for chassis mount or direct mount with fixing flange.

With its compact size and features, our TOPJOB® S Mini terminal blocks are a perfect solution where space is limited or where use of DIN rail is not possible.

  • WAGO’s 221 Series LEVER-NUTS® for Ex applications brings you all the features you love of the 221 LEVER-NUTS®, now for extreme and hazardous applications. These splicing connectors obtain AEx (class 1, zone 1) rating when used in conjunction with the mounting carrier, which can either be clamped onto a DIN rail or screwed tightly to any smooth surface. Features of the 221 Ex series include:

    • new mounting carrier to enable the use of 221 Ex in hazardous applications
    • 24 – 12 AWG; solid, stranded, flexible and tin-bonded
    • 2-, 3- and 5- conductor wiring options
    • lever actuation for quick and easy installation

The 221 Ex series brings new design possibilities for junction boxes, terminal boxes, lights and electronic devices in potentially explosive applications.  The mounting carrier fulfills the standard requirement for securing the clamping point. When the connectors are placed flush together within the carrier, the working voltage is 275 V. For applications with working voltages up to 440 V, the connectors are inserted so that there is a visible space between each connector. The 221 Series for Ex applications is available now.

  • With its incredible versatility and compact size, WAGO’s new 2086 Series PCB Terminal Blocks are ideal for panel feedthrough and tight spaces.  These terminal blocks feature our Push-In CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology for direct insertion of both solid and ferruled conductors, with the added convenience of push button operation for the introduction of flexible wires.

The incredibly broad range of this terminal block series features over 256 variants.  Choose between pin spacing (3.5 or 5mm), side or top wire entry angle, double in-line or staggered pinning for higher voltages with nominal current, as well as through-hole or surface mount. They are available in 2-12 poles, accepting wire sizes between 24-14 AWG.

From device controllers to compact device connection of any type, the 2086 Series PCB Terminal Blocks are suitable for reflow soldering and are packaged in either tray (THR) or tape and reel (SMD) allowing for full integration into the SMT assembly process.
