    • The 10" High Leverage Insulated Diagonal Cutters from KNIPEX tools comes in a chrome finish and features the new tethering system from the pliers experts. Now compliant with ANSI/ISEA 121 specifications, the tethering system includes a captive eye to keep the lanyard secured to the carabiner and a self-locking gate to prevent unintentional opening. The 1000V insulated handles are tested at 10x the voltage and the chrome finish offers a polished look.
