  • I-Line Enable Module
A space-saving smart cell unit that transforms a panelboard into a digital communication or metered electrical distribution solution.
    ...

  • Make your equipment future-ready with modular Square D™ I-Line™ Enable Module complete with a connected design that adds value to your I-Line panelboard, is easy to install, easy to retrofit, and is completely customizable. The space-saving unit fits into the I-Line bus in place of a breaker and allows the I-Line panelboard to be transformed into a digital communication or metered electrical distribution solution.

I-Line Enable Module's space-saving design fits onto the I-Line bus in place of a circuit breaker; eliminating the need for an I-Line panelboard box extension.  It's easy to install; a screwdriver is all that’s needed to mount I-Line Enable Module. It mounts firmly onto the bus stack and fastens with captive retaining screws.  It minimizes the impact of project changes, allowing customers to add components to an I-Line panelboard anytime.  On models with Ethernet communications, front access makes checking breaker meter values and maintenance details quicker and safer than ever. On meter models, branch level metering is integrated into the panelboard, so there is no need to remove trim in order to access meter points.

  • ArcBlok 2500
ArcBlok is a line side arc isolation and prevention technology for low voltage motor control centers and switchboards....

  • ArcBlok is a line side arc isolation and prevention technology for low voltage motor control centers and switchboards. It’s an innovative technology that protects people and equipment from the effects of arc flash incidents. It is a cost-effective, arc flash mitigation strategy that is easy to implement and maintain. It is designed to reduce the possibility that an arc flash event will occur, as well as greatly reduce the duration and intensity of  an arc flash event to less than 1.2 cal/cm2 on the line side. Incorporating the principles of circuit breaker technology into the design, ArcBlok reliably self-clears in less than a cycle (16.6ms) without any active elements. This results in no trip, which means no interruption to the load while still clearing the arc.  With its “Safety by Design,” ArcBlok has nothing to adjust, turn on, or forget to turn off, it is always working to protect personnel and equipment with no risk of  nuisance tripping. ArcBlok solves common design issues, for example, line side energy often presents the highest potential for arc flash incident energy risk. In these cases, a facility sometimes won’t have access to trip utility/upstream devices. ArcBlok’s design solves this issue.
