Bracket adjusts from 15” to 25” to span the T-grid, with riveted clips that sit easily into grid channel. 4” Octagon Box adjusts vertically from 0" to 1-1/2" to ensure opening is flush with tile surface (pre-set at 5/8" raised). 4O box measures 2-1/8" deep • ideal for smoke detectors and exit signs. Orbit Universal Square-to-Octagon Device Rings transition any 4” or 4-11/16” square box into a 4” octagon (3-1/2" O.C.) opening. Available in 5/8” thru 1-1/4” raised configurations, 540X Series is ideal for mounting light fixtures, LED drivers, and other 4O-compatible devices. Four dual direction mounting tabs allow for device installation in any orientation, limiting pre-planning. When paired with a 4-11/16” square, 2-1/8” deep box, the 540X Series offers 95% more box fill volume than a 4O box of the same depth. Rings are made of 16-gauge galvanized sheet steel. PPEC-12 compensates for rooftops that require layers of extended foam insulation between base structure and finished roof. Infinitely stackable. Orbit’s LCB-16 is a two-piece steel bracket designed for load center prefabrication. It features vertical slots to support multiple MC/AC or Flex cable runs. LCB-16 outer flanges mount directly to the stud face and fits a 16” stud bay. Vertical slots accept wide range of cable straps or ties. Orbit’s Universal MC Cable Box is a Ready-To-Install solution for switch or receptacle rough-in using metal clad cable. Box measures 4” square, 2-1/8” deep, and features internal MC cable clamps set at a 15° angle. Angled clamps allow installer to secure MC cable while mud ring is attached. Box is assembled to an adapter that mounts direct-to or between studs (with Orbit’s SSB-T5); and First Means of Support that secures up to four MC/AC cables, without tools or bar hangers. Includes adjustable 4” square, single-gang mud ring. Also available without ring or with custom ring of choice, by request.
